The goal is to repair, reuse, or recycle products to extend their lifecycle rather than sending them to landfill. In essence, today’s goods are tomorrow’s resources.

A circular economy is about making better use of resources by designing, producing, selling, and consuming differently.

Our refurbished laptops and computers are expertly restored to like-new condition, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. We also offer a range of refurbished monitors and computer accessories, including docking stations and other IT hardware.

Our computer refurbishment process is as follows:

Inspection – Upon arrival at our facility, we remove all identification marks and stickers. Every product is thoroughly inspected for cosmetic damage. Any units unsuitable for resale are securely recycled.
Data Erasure – All hard drives are wiped to the highest standards, ensuring the secure and permanent erasure of any residual data using forensic-certified data erasure software.
Cleaning – The exterior of the equipment is cleaned to remove any accumulated dirt and dust. The interior is cleaned using high-pressure air to remove dust from internal components and the casing.
Testing – Each device undergoes thorough software testing to identify any hardware issues. If any faults are found, they are repaired or replaced to ensure a high-quality refurbished device.
Repairs – All products are inspected for both cosmetic and internal damage. Parts such as damaged or missing RAM, battery packs, power supplies, keyboards, and screens are repaired or replaced.
Software Installation and Licensing – A fresh Windows operating system is installed, along with genuine refurbished Microsoft licences. We use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) software to test key components, including the CPU, RAM, optical drive, and hard drive. All necessary Windows software updates are applied at this stage.
Quality Control – At this stage, every aspect of the refurbishment process is thoroughly tested and checked to ensure that each product meets our high-quality control standards before being dispatched.
Packaging – After the final inspection, equipment is either boxed or securely shrink-wrapped for storage or shipment. We are so confident in the quality of our refurbishment that we offer a 1-year Return to Base Warranty on all computers and equipment, which can be extended upon request.
